We already offer communication training, sales training, service training...more training than I can even think of.  Why would we need this?

We do phone based sales & service. Will this application work for us?

Can I use it to train for interviews?

What will we need to get started? System requirements?
You'll need a high speed connection, a webcam, and a Flash-plug-in. Basically, if you can go on-line and do Skype calls you should be fine. (back to list)

Is there anything to install?
No, there's nothing to install. It's a web-application. We host it for you. Your employees only need an internet connection to log-on. (back to list)

Will the application work on Mac?
Yes, of course. Any computer with an internet connection, webcam, and Flash-plug in. (back to list)

Does the application work with tablets?
This release is designed for use on the laptop or desktop.  Although on most tablets as long as you have web access, a front-facing camera, and the Flash plug-in, you can probably do everything except record webcam responses. That functionality varies.  (It's probably easier to use a desktop or laptop for the web-cam recording anyway.)  Note, that iPads do not run Flash. There are 3rd party applications that supposedly enable iPad users to access flash sites, but, we are not familiar with the performance of those applications.  (back to list)

How much is this going to cost us?
Pricing is based on volume. Since the application is flexible and we offer a range of services, it's hard to say without getting some basic info from you. Billing is very reasonable though. (Of course, we're biased.) It's a fraction of what it'd cost to replicate these services via training or coaching or other enterprise software solutions. Our pricing is inclusive, so you won't have to worry about unpleasant billing surprises. There are no hidden costs.  And, we make it easy by handling the complexities of video transactions for you: hosting, storage, transfer, transcoding, file formats… You don't have to worry about any of that.  (back to list)

Is the site secure?
We take security very seriously. You don't have to worry about using servers stored in someone's dorm room, site attacks, or about losing data. We use Amazon servers, integrate automatic testing & back-up services, and have implemented a robust security plan.  Contact us to discuss further. (back to list)

Will my information be confidential?
Completely. We provide you a dedicated site. You define your users access so you don't have to worry about others seeing your content. (back to list)

What does it take to get started?
We only need to get some basic info from you. Then we set up a dedicated site specifically and solely for your use.  This process is pretty speedy. It depends on your situation and how much program customization you want. Once we have you set-up, employees can go off & on instantly and at their leisure. (back to list)

Our application doesn't replace training - it works with it. It allows you to reinforce what you learn through practice. In fact, it's easy to integrate with your training courses. One of the reasons we initiated this project was that we wanted a way to help firms boost the yield on their training related investments. We can even help you develop simulations to support specific programs such as Miller-Heiman, Sandler, et al. (back to list)

Can I use it to train for interviews?
Absolutely. It's a great tool for interview related content.   In fact, you can even use the application in a testing mode to deliver remote interviews.
